OUR STORY
Our belief is that multifamily living has transformed from its original roots of community-centric infill design to large, anonymous master plan developments over the last 30 years. We intend to create a renaissance where we develop small, boutique properties in communities where the primary amenity is where and how our residents choose to live.
Founded in 2022, CAP has a simple urban infill design philosophy of tailoring the resident experience to the wholly unique amenity of the surrounding community. CAP has successfully developed projects throughout the Dallas metroplex and believe we are offering our residents a superior lifestyle alternative to the "big box" apartments which inhibit authentic community and neighbor engagement.

Beacon Rail District (Frisco, TX)
The Beacon showcases tasteful design highlighted by the multi-colored brick veneer and the corner tower rising above the corner of Elm Street and South County Road in Frisco, Texas. The property will offer 18 luxury apartment homes and boast boutique amentities including a fitness center, ccowerking space, and a community lounge.
Arroyo Oaks (Dallas, TX)
Arroyo Avenue Apartments is an urban infill project in the heart of the Medical District and adjacent to the Oak Lawn neighborhood of Dallas. The project will have 17 luxury apartment homes and provide a boutique fitness center and plenty of resident storage.
Gateway Park (Dallas, TX)
Our first project in south Dallas, Ewing/Morrell will be a boutique community comprised of 36 apartment homes and four (4) townhome style homes. The property provides a private lounge for our residents with sweeping views of the south Dallas landscape.
Correo Place (Dallas, TX)
The 39 apartment home community on Mail Ave in Dallas brings apartment living into a residential neighborhood. Residents will have premium home finishes, private balconies or yards, and access to boutique amenities including a fitness center, community lounge, and private co-working space for the residents who work from home.

The Platform will hug the corner of Oak and 2nd St in the Rail District of Downtown Frisco. The community will provided fantastic walkability and sightline to the FC Dallas Stadium to the west.
